UE AND COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINES

UE is a new branch of studies having the abilities to heal sickness and protect human health, but at present, UE, as many other popular and traditional medicines, is only considered as an unorthodox medicine, has a role and holds position in society as a Complementary Medicine. Presently, in the world, there are many different branches of Complementary Medicines, many different Complementary Medicine Organisations. UE is a member of the Colombo Medicina Alternative Institute in Sri Lanka and a faculty of the Open International University for Complementary Medicines in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Nobody can deny the great and practical values of Western Medicines which are being considered as the mainstream medicines; the concrete and diversified results of practical Western Medicines have been helping them, day by day, to gain a dominant role in many societies, many countries; but in reality, we can see that not every country, not every nationality in the world can enjoy the benefits of Western Medicines because they constantly require lots of facilities, medicines and experts to look after people. In fact, there are too many places, where too many people can never have the health care of modern Western Medicines, the backward and poor countries in Africa, in Asia continuously need health care with less cost and less conditions of popular, subordinate or complementary medicines, etc.

Talking about subordinate, about complementary we mean to talk about the role, the position of these medicines comparing to practical and pragmatic Western Medicines in the areas of laws, society, etc; In certain angles, certain areas, certain cases, the so-called subordinate, complementary medicines, etc are in fact really necessary and extremely useful in treating sickness, diseases and in providing health care to people. In a number of special cases, although there are adequate facilities for treatment, enough medication of mainstream Western Medicines, we still need help from other medicines, which are considered subordinate, complementary.

Therefore, UE does not have any inferiority complex about its name, its role or its position comparing to any other branches of medical studies, medicines; orthodox or unorthodox, it is not important, is it beneficial to mankind or not, that is important, great or small benefits are all necessary and important; with this conception, UE is proud of its contributions in the treatment of diseases, in the care of human health and in raising the meaning of human life. As shown in its name, UE is basically a branch of studies specialized in studying and learning the applications and benefits of an invisible matter of the universe, called Universal Energy, in the bodies of living creatures, of human beings, and in human life, in nature, etc.

With the short period of time of studying, learning and applying the Universal Energy in the last 15 years, UE has been contributing great benefits to mankind in many areas, not only in the medical area but also in many other beneficial areas for human beings; the transfer of energy to increase the productivity of rice, produce, fruits, the transfer of energy to fish culturing ponds, shrimp culturing ponds to increase the fish and shrimp production, to push the growth rate greater and faster, etc are concrete and practical examples; the applications of universal energy in the production of consuming electricity will be essential benefits for mankind in the future. These are indeed the latest studies, discoveries applications of mankind on an invisible energy in space called Universal Energy, but with the experiences gained through the latest and constantly new discoveries, inventions of mankind in recent time, we firmly believe in the great capacities and contributions of Universal Energy in particular, and of UE in general, to the needs and benefits of mankind in this era. 

The recent most serious scientific studies on the treatment of deadly cancers have given us new evaluations on the so-called subordinate, complementary medicines; those serious medical studies show us that patients having the same form of cancer, the same kind of cancer, the same stage of cancer but getting additional psychological therapy, will get better result than those who only received solely radiotherapy, chemotherapy, drugs, etc. Cancer patients who were treated additionally by emotional and mental therapy such as joy, optimism, self confidence, love of life, love of human beings, love of nature, the will to defeat diseases, the power to live in order to work, to have good time, to study, to learn, etc, especially the will to live with the purpose of serving family, society, community, country, etc, received very favorable results, many patients outlive their doctor’s prediction, in many cases, cancers stop to develop further; in numerous other cases, cancers almost disappear completely beyond the imagination, the presumption of everybody.  

UE is fortunate to have gained lots of valuable experiences in the treatment of cancers, UE has contributed its minute part, the subordinate and complementary contribution of UE is “energy transfer”, that is to transfer ‘Universal Energy” according to scientific world, or to transfer “the metaphysical and spiritual energy” according to philosophical language.

Although they are only the so called complementary energy, but as the results, so many cancer patients have been healed quickly and miraculously, some even were in the most dangerous stages of cancer, the terminal stages, whom their hospitals and doctors had given up and declined to treat any further, but after receiving the UE complementary energy, they have quickly recovered, some patients even got rid of their cancers completely, without taking any drugs, any medicines at all.

The more advanced UE classes students attended, the more complementary medical facilities they would acquire to prevent or treat extremely serious diseases including cancers, because the higher level UE classes we are in, the more we learn about the abilities of spirituality, the great and wonderful abilities but still mystery to human. Ordinary diseases and even deadly and special ones such as cancers, are the diseases which have root causes from the internal dysfunction of some cells, the functions controlled by metaphysical and spiritual factors; therefore, these dysfunctional factors must be treated by metaphysical and spiritual powers, not by ordinary drugs, not by normal medicines; common methods of treatment usually come with harmful side effects, serious consequences for patients.

Spirituality possesses great powers, plays exceptionally important roles in human life; eating or drinking alone is not enough to nurture the body, in fact every minute, every second, while we live unworriedly, walk about calmly, work or play, etc, our body never stops functioning, billions and billions of cells, of nerve cells are performing billions and billions of different tasks continuously, precisely and perfectly under the control of the invisible powers commonly called spirituality.

Without the presence of spirituality, no activity inside the body can be performed; without the control of invisible powers, activities inside the body will be dysfunctional and any dysfunction inside the body could create diseases, could make the body sick. Hence, to have a good health, we should especially pay attention to our spiritual capabilities. Taking care of

Spirituality is the best way, the most basic and earnest way to look after our health. UE is the only branch of studies, which learns, and studies the spiritual life of human beings; taking care of human spiritual life is the basis for UE methods of diseases prevention and treatment, and is the foundation for the life of human body and soul.

UE does not deny the material values, does not reject the medical facilities, medicines, UE does acknowledge the benefits and results of modern medicines, but UE also wants to contribute the complement parts of medicine in many aspects such as studying and learning the benefits of psychological and spiritual factors in human health and human life, those benefits are real indeed and more important than the name, the words: orthodox, complementary. Psychologically, we used to think highly of anything orthodox and look down anything subordinate, complementary; actually, in many cases, the so-called subordinate, complementary ones also have very important roles, provide great, practical and realistic benefits.

In ordinary medical areas, everyone understands the fundamental thing that human life needs foods to survive; rice, bread, meat and fish are always considered as principal foods, but we also know quite well that if our body lack just a little bit of insulin, which is controlled and produced by extremely tiny and fragile cells, called beta cells in the pancreas, we will be sick! In other words, this very small subordinate insulin controls our life daily, hourly, the more foods we eat, the more insulin we need, therefore we should never disregard things, which are considered small, or things, which are considered subordinate, complementary.

Talking about insulin deficiency is talking about diabetes that many people have been suffering from; with or without medication, diabetes patients are all suffering and facing acute, dangerous long-term complications or even death. Science has been using artificial insulin to treat diabetes, but this is not a thoroughly solution, we should find a way to treat the cause of this common and dangerous illness. The basic and root cause of diabetes is the disorder or failure of insulin production by beta cells in the pancreas; there is no and absolutely no medication which can regulate the function of pancreas; this is actually controlled by metaphysical and spiritual capacities, beyond the learning and understanding abilities of mankind at present.

Using scientific methods to analyze and compare the pancreas of a diabetes patient and that of a healthy person, there is no difference as far as material aspect is concerned, this consolidates the viewpoint that spiritual disorders are the real and root cause of diabetes; locally, it is the disorder in the control of blood sugar level, in the insulin production to remove glucose from the blood, to provide food for body cells, nerve cells, etc. Therefore the most comprehensive and correct method of diabetes treatment is to regulate spiritual disorders, the whole spirituality as well as local spiritualities, for the names used specifically in UE, Master Dang calls them ‘the souls of body cells, the souls of nerve cells’; the thorough and proper method of diabetes treatment does not restrict itself in searching for medicines, drugs, although they are useful and beneficial but their results obviously have certain limitations.

The research of pancreas or stem cell transplant is the correct direction for diabetes treatment and has a great chance of success, only a tiny sample of healthy pancreas cell or a tiny sample of stem cell is enough to restore completely the function of pancreas in a diabetes patient, this strengthens the viewpoint of UE that human health is controlled by spirituality; therefore, studying and learning metaphysical and spiritual abilities are the positive complementary contribution of UE in the treatment of diabetes as well as other diseases of human beings, especially diseases which have spiritual disorders and injury as their root causes,; supernatural abilities always exist and constantly control every activity of human body.

Although there are no clear cut and concrete results in the successful treatment of diabetes as the successful results obtained in the healing of diseases with spiritual causes such as mental illness, cancer, etc, UE also gains credits in discovering new ways to serve mankind, to help people. A valuable work not only depends on its results but also on its intention and good will; based on this meaning, UE is a branch of studies full of values and benefits, a branch of studies not only necessary in medical area but also necessary for all other aspects of human life.

Many latest scientific studies show that human health, longevity not only depend on material conditions as we have known such as foods, medicines, environment, climate, etc, but also depend on invisible factors: thought, emotion and especially spirituality. Those areas of studying, learning and applying are not included in any orthodox medicines, medical studies; those are the objectives and aims of learning, studying, implementing and practicing of UE, a branch of studies in the Complementary Medicines. The average life expectancy of people in modern and developed societies at present is from 70 to 80 years old, it is possible to increase this life expectancy if we complement the cultivation of thought, emotion and spirituality of human, concretely in UE direction: we develop Love, increase Wisdom, cultivate Enlightenment, practice Compassion, help mankind, etc.

The average life expectancy of a body could reach 80 years old, 90 years old, even 100 years old or more, but human beings do not want to live too long, because of ability limitations of old age, the miseries of old age, because everyday the body has to face the degeneration, elimination, extermination of body cells. Scientists have been trying hard in searching for scientific methods to slow down the process of body cell degeneration, numerous methods have been proposed, many prescriptions, medicines have been prepared, but in reality, although there are adequate material facilities, foods, medicines, etc human still cannot be free from diseases, old age.

At last, even genuine scientists have to acknowledge that humans can use their thought to control their body cells, to control their nerves so that they can protect their health, defend against diseases, heal wounds, maintain longevity, etc. It means if we know how to utilize the full capacities of thought, which UE simply calls Chakra 6 and science uses the term ‘ latent abilities of human beings’, then we can create everything, we can do anything, including extremely difficult things, including things mankind has not been able to do at present; but those are the objectives of learning, studying in UE advanced class level, as the results, numerous extraordinary and useful successes had been achieved, hoping that more other amazing and beneficial results can be obtained in future. 

Orthodox medicines base only on scientific foundation, concretely on materials, therefore anything abstract, anything invisible is considered unorthodox, having no scientific basis; the term spirituality is completely foreign to orthodox scientists, although many orthodox scientists are followers of a religion, believers in gods, spirituality. To be realistic and fair, with wisdom and enlightenment, we should note that a belief in spirituality, a belief in the presence of metaphysical abilities on the earth is not the belief of superstitious people. On the contrary, only people with wisdom and enlightenment can recognize the invisible presence and mystic abilities of High Divine Beings in daily human life, they control and direct almost everything in our life, control our every single heartbeat, our every single breath. The most accurate definition of death is the ending of assistance from the High Divine Beings to keep our body working. While birth is God’s creation of a new living creature and life is God’s continuous experiments through human body on the earth.

UE does not force or demand its student to have any belief in spirituality, UE is a completely free branch of studies, especially freedom of thought, only students, who desire to learn, to study the values, the benefits, the practicality, the powers and abilities of metaphysical spiritual world, can attend UE advanced level classes; students, who do not want to learn metaphysical spirituality, only need to learn UE elementary level classes, to learn meditation, practice breathing, yoga, contemplation, learn the positions and the roles of Chakras according to the concept of traditional Eastern Medicines, have their Chakras opened, learn to ‘transfer energy’ by placing their hands for healing themselves, helping other people; that would be enough.

Only students, who accept the notions on metaphysical spirituality, want to learn metaphysical spiritual abilities and the effects of metaphysical spiritual world on human life will be able to attend UE advanced level classes. In UE advanced spiritual classes, students can learn many topics, nature and facts on the metaphysical spiritual world, especially topics on soul: souls of all creatures, souls of human beings, souls of cells, souls of nerves, souls of living people, souls of dead people, souls free from cycle of birth and death, wandering souls, etc.

This is an important part of complementary medicines, because, up to present time, almost all branches of medicines have ever studied, learned spirituality for the treatment of human sickness, diseases. A well known American, Edgar Cayce, had successfully healed numerous strange diseases by spiritual facilities, but that was a particular case, not a actual branch of medicine, a mainstream branch of medicine or a branch of complementary medicine; for the first time, only UE, a branch of complementary medicine, officially learns, studies the effects of metaphysical spiritual world on human life.

Edgar Cayce had successfully healed numerous strange diseases originated from factors of spirituality, soul, but he did not have the capability to teach and transfer his spiritual abilities to other people; on the contrary, UE has the capability to teach and transfer spiritual abilities to its students; Master Dang has enough abilities to teach and transfer this extraordinary spiritual abilities to UE students. The important thing is that with this spiritual abilities, UE can help healing numerous sickness, diseases which are caused by metaphysical spiritual factors, caused by the infiltration of the souls which are still not free from the cycle of birth and death or wandering souls that UE calls ‘immortal, indestructible souls’.

Patients with this metaphysical spiritual caused diseases are just like people with mental illness and cannot be treated by any ordinary medical methods, medicines; no medicines or drugs can heal this kind of mental illness caused by metaphysical spiritual reasons that UE calls ‘false mental illness’.  ‘False mental illness’ can appear in many different forms, many different appearances; normally those patients behave and act like an abnormal person, depending on the level of severity, worldly people call them crazy persons or nuts, many patients have schizophrenia, bipolar, a person but with two entirely different characteristics, some patients have exceptionally strange diseases that all the medical facilities cannot find its causes, cannot treat them.

In general and normally, UE has the ability to heal this ‘false mental illness’, and in reality UE has helped healing many serious mental illness quickly and very effectively, time required for treatment is only 5 minutes but the result is complete, many patients have swiftly returned to the life of a normal person.  These are practical and great beneficial contributions of UE in the healing of many mental illnesses, especially the ones whose causes can not be found and at present mankind is quite uncomfortable in the quest for its treatment; the complementary medicine nature of UE is very valuable in those cases and worthy to be a branch of medical studies for diseases healing and saving people.

UE not only supplements orthodox medicines but also complements other unorthodox medicines such as acupuncture; professional acupuncturists, after learning UE, acquire additional great benefits, they do not have to insert needles in many pressure points, just a few points only, they do not have to use a lot of needles, just a few needles only, they do not have to insert needles deep into patient’s body, only 2mm deep is enough, even sharp or metal needles are not required, time for needles to be left in is also really short, just a few fleeting seconds but the results are very effective and quick, hence the complementary medicine part of UE is indeed very beneficial.

In a number of advanced classes, UE also learns, studies Philosophy, an area many people consider sublime and impractical, others reckon that Philosophy is not a practical area, has no relation to life, human health; in reality, Philosophy has some sublime matters, some impractical areas, but at the same time, Philosophy also has matters close and very close to us, many areas practical and very practical to human, including matters of human health, diseases and sickness. The plain meaning of Philosophy is thought, we cannot separate thought from our life, Philosophy is always bound to life, health, thinking, feeling, happiness, miseries of everybody, therefore, not only to avoid sickness, diseases but even to steer clear of suffering, we all have to learn, study, apply, implement and practice Philosophy.

The Philosophy of UE is not really exactly the same as the classic Philosophy in forms and nature of as we have known, the short UE classes do not allow us implementing all those forms and nature, the great and diversity number of UE students coming from different social classes, and different levels of education would not allow us implementing them. The kind of Philosophy Master Dang teaches UE students is very sublime, but at the same time Master Dang teaches UE students with very special methods, by using invisible metaphysical energy. The effect of this invisible metaphysical energy is to join the spirituality of students to metaphysical abilities of the Universe; from this, depending on the fundamental ability of each individual, every student will learn by oneself the basic things of Philosophy which are Wisdom and Enlightenment, the kind of Philosophy most proper, most basic, in order to live, to be healthy, to be joyful and happy.

Philosophy is also another complementary contribution of UE, not only in the areas of medicines, medical studies, but also in numerous areas of human life, when medicines, drugs are not essential to heal sickness, diseases; with thought, emotion, conception, human beings are quite capable of preventing diseases, capable of treating illness, sometimes even more miraculous than any kind of rare, valuable drugs, medicines. Pessimistic thought, emotion are able to cause sickness as well as destroy everything, annihilate cells, stop hormone, etc. On the contrary, positive thought, emotion is capable of providing good health to human; create cells, hormone, antibody, etc. UE Philosophy also has the nature of enlightenment and love; therefore this kind of Philosophy is necessary for everybody, for all of us, anywhere, any place, any moment, any time.

In short, UE at present is only considered nominally a branch of subordinate medicine, its official name is a complementary medicine faculty of the   Colombo Medicina Alternative Institute, Sri Lanka, an insignificant name, a subordinate role, but none of these things is important; through the above analysis, explanation and presentation, although not complete, but we have already seen great and concrete contributions of UE in numerous areas of human, society, country, etc; contributions both in kind and in spirit, especially the contributions in the area of spirituality to the life of human body and soul.  

Our values or those of anybody on earth depend on these contributions, depend on the benefits we could bring to mankind, both material benefits and spiritual benefits are valuable and necessary; the true values of a person or a branch of studies do not depend on the colorful names, or terms, do not depend on the subordinate or mainstream characteristics, orthodox or unorthodox. UE is a multiform, multiple-ability, multiple-effectiveness and multidirectional branch of studies, but UE so far is still in its early stage, what Master Dang has taught students is only a very small part of this multiple-ability, multiple-effectiveness branch of studies; there are still lots of interesting, extraordinary and useful things that students have not learned. Particularly, in the areas of medicine, medical studies, UE does not turn down the unassuming name of a Complementary Medicine, a more suitable name would be Open Medicine, but the most appropriate one is an entirely new name, the official name of UE at present: the Medicine of Love and Enlightenment.
